Care Certificate Workbooks

The real question is do you want to?
Care Certificate workbooks need to be printed and we believe that the amount of money you would save by not printing them would be more than enough to convert your Care Certificate process into a digital one (so you can share with CQC).
There are some other elements to consider when it comes to using paper based workbooks and here are just a few:
- Someone needs to mark them - which takes time
- Learners often lose them and you have to start all over again
- You have to be able to read what has been written
Lastly, workbooks take a long time for staff to complete, even if you fill out the workbook during the induction training (which is unlikely to facilitate real learning) and time is one of the most precious resources.
