Last week we hosted our ‘Reset & Rebuild Webinar: Preparing for a CQC Inspection’. The second webinar in the ‘Reset & Rebuild’ series was a huge success, with nearly 300 attendees tuning in live.
Our expert panel were on hand to deliver crucial information and updates that will support care providers during their next CQC inspection.
Keynote speaker, Lisa Hitchcox – Director of Xceed Care Compliance, provided an in-depth overview of new CQC policies and processes relating to the importance of training and development for care workers.
Lisa was joined by Roy Smith from Norwood. Roy shared insights into how Norwood has planned and implemented measures across the business to ensure CQC compliance and effectiveness.
Attendees were then allowed to ask guest speakers and our panel of experts questions. The panel comprised Nigel Beckett, CareTech Group, and Nick Griffiths, Bluebird Care.
