Bespoke eLearning and SCORM files
Here at Grey Matter Learning, we can:
- create new courses especially for you, or
- adapt any of our existing courses to meet your specific needs, or
- provide any of our courses in a format that suits your own LMS
The cost will depend on:
- the amount of work involved,
- the skill level required, and
- the size of the course
eLearning SCORM files for your LMS
For existing courses with no changes, we usually charge between £2,500 and £5,000 (plus VAT) depending on the size of the course.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay for this via a monthly subscription model based on the number of users which will enable you to receive free updates to the course, as and when they are made. We are happy to include in this cost a few minor changes to the course, for example, adding your logo, an introduction message and a link to your policies/procedures and website etc.
The majority of our courses are CPD Certified.
Bespoke eLearning or eLearning SCORM files with bespoke changes for your LMS
For a new course, if you provide the content of approximately 20 pages of text on A4 with Arial normal font size 11, it will usually cost around £4,000 to £6,000 (plus VAT) for a course to be created. This includes storyboarding, design and quality assurance. We will be able to reduce this price if the subject matter is on our content development schedule and will be of use to our customers via Click.
To amend an existing course, in addition to the course cost, we would normally charge £600 for a full 7 hours of work or £90 for each hour. This can be achieved much faster than building a new course. The time will depend on the amount of changes required and whether you provide a detailed list of the changes and new content or if you want us to engage with a subject matter expert to provide these.
Being organised and concise with your requirements and feedback will help to keep the cost down.
Subject Matter Experts
If you would like us to organise and liaise with a subject matter expert to provide the content, it will add approximately £600 to £1,000 depending on the content volume, nature of research and type of expert required.
CPD Certification
If you would like the course certified with the CPD Certification Service, this will cost £100. Certification takes approximately 14 days after completion.
Language Translators
If you would like us to organise and liaise with a language translator, it will add the cost of a translator depending on the content volume, nature of research and type of expert required.
